This position will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing processes in our growing construction businesses, including, but not limited to: vertical construction costing & estimating, managing bid processes, scoping bid proposals, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders for execution, implementing new and existing systems and processes related to purchasing, and field/trade communications.
Caprock Development Sells Restaurant Asset
Caprock Development is pleased to announce the sale of its 6,500 SF, two-tenant restaurant building located at 1664 Greens Prairie Rd. in College Station. The building is 100% leased to tenants Mad Taco and RX Pizza. Caprock handled all aspects of the development, construction, management and disposition of the asset. The sales price and buyer was not disclosed.
